Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Wishora (“we”, “us”) at https://wishora.co.in handles information. The short version: your greetings are created on your own device and we never receive the names, messages or images you make.

1. Greetings you create

  • Greeting cards are drawn entirely in your web browser using the HTML canvas.
  • The sender name, recipient name and personal message you type are never stored by us and never sent to analytics or advertising partners. Wishora has no database.
  • The PNG image you download is created on your device and is never uploaded.
  • Card links. When you use “Share on WhatsApp”, “Share Image” or “Copy link”, the message includes a link (for example /wish/…) that contains the design, names and message in encoded form. Anyone who has the link can see the card, so share it only with people you intend to. When the link is opened or previewed, our server reads it to draw the same card for the page and for the link-preview image shown by WhatsApp and similar apps. The card is generated on the fly and not saved; our hosting provider may keep the requested address in short-lived technical logs. On the card page, the card data is moved out of the address before analytics or ads load, so it is never sent to Google.
  • When you share a card, it goes directly from your device to the app you choose (for example WhatsApp), under that app’s own privacy policy.

2. No accounts

Wishora has no registration, login or user profiles. We do not ask for your email address, phone number or contacts.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — for example which occasions and designs are popular. We record only anonymous events such as “template selected”, “greeting generated” or “greeting downloaded”, together with the occasion, design and language chosen. We never send names or message text. Google may set cookies and process your IP address; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

Wishora is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info.

5. Your choices and consent

When analytics or advertising is active, we ask for your consent. If you choose “Reject”, analytics cookies are disabled through Google Consent Mode and only non-personalised ads are requested. You can change your choice any time via . Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland may additionally see Google’s consent message.

6. Local storage

We store a single item in your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie choice. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

7. Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability. For pages other than shared card links, these logs never contain your greeting content.

8. Children

Wishora is suitable for families, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, most requests will relate to Google’s services; we will gladly help. Email srujanvardhave338@gmail.com.
