About us

Make every celebration shareable

Wishora began with a simple observation: every festival, our family groups fill up with the same forwarded images — often with someone else’s name still on them. We wanted a way for anyone, on any phone, to make a greeting that is genuinely theirs in less than a minute.

What we believe

• Free for everyone. No subscriptions, no “premium” designs, no limits. Advertising keeps the lights on.
• Private by design. Your card is drawn on your own device and we have no database — we never store your names, messages or images.
• Your language. Greetings feel warmest in the language you speak at home, so Hindi and Marathi are first-class — with proper Devanagari typography.
• Beautiful, not cluttered. Each design is crafted by hand in code, inspired by diyas, rangoli, marigold torans, mandalas and Indian textiles.

How Wishora works

When you tap “Create My Greeting”, your browser draws the card using the HTML canvas — the same technology games and photo editors use. The finished 1080 × 1080 PNG is created on your phone and handed to you to download or share. A small “Made with Wishora” line on every card helps the people you send it to discover the site and make their own.
